You may be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal or at any other time determined by the Platform.
Acceptable identity documents include, but may not be limited to: a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC — front and back), a valid passport (photo page), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months) and a selfie or liveness photograph as directed. Additional documentation may be requested at the Platform's discretion.
All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered and clearly legible. The submission of falsified, altered, cropped or otherwise tampered identity documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities. All deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods accepted in the live Platform cashier at the time of deposit. sz77 may reference familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, and accounts with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual information for Pakistani users. However, the availability of any specific payment method must be independently verified in the live cashier before attempting a deposit.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used to fund the Account (where applicable) or to a verified personal account.

Upon Account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus credits and pending investigations will be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
